Admin – the person is responsible in creating, activating/deactivating users, changing user roles, preparing backups and other technical staff.
Manager – the person is responsible in creating and managing tasks and subtasks, creating new staff and editing existent one, adding values for parameters and generating new barcodes. The manager is able to see whole list of devices.
Scan User – the person is responsible for scanning devices and updating statuses, related location and leaving extra comments. Scan user has limited access to the webapp. In web browser they can manage only profile information. In mobile app user is able to see list of devices from scan tasks assigned to them.
