  • The system is integrated with Web app and Inventory Assistant app for Android. The app helps to make scan process smooth and comfortable

General Features

Inventory Management

Manage inventory in the office or in stock in real time. You will always be aware of where things are, what their exact number and condition. All your staff is in certain places. As well as many other details that identify the device.

Flexible Item Parameters

Organize the elements as you like using a large set of custom parameters. Structure devices in your office by Locations, Categories, Owners, Serial number and much more.

Mobile Client

Android mobile app available on Google Play makes inventory in your office easy. Inventory tasks, scanning barcodes becomes really effortless with the app. It will minimize manual labor and make the verification process comfortable.

Tasks Management

Create tasks for scanning and sort devices for verification based on your needs. User assigned for task execution will get list of assign tasks into the system. With clear notification system you will not miss any assigned task.

Scanner Types Variety

Choose the type of scanner that is most convenient to work with. Inventory works with many type of scanners. Phone camera, Wepoy or special scanning devices connected with Bluetooth can be used for barcodes scanning.

Customer Management

Manage users and delegate them particular rights in the Inventory system. Custom user permissions allows you to relay what each of your team members can see and do.

Workflows

Staff Generation

  • Generate and print barcodes
  • Add reusable attributes such as locations, categories, owners of devices, specific to your company or office
  • Add new item into system by binding a barcode with a device ID and set important parameters to describe the device - title, serial number, description, status, location and much more
  • Add photo to the device, it will be helpful for a device recognition
  • Change any parameter in any time. All previous changes, dates and authors of changes are saved in the history of a device
  • Use smart filters to simplify searching process

Tasks

  • As inventory manager, create task and subtasks to perform periodic inventory, assign subtasks to manager/scanner user
  • Use the assistant mobile app as scanner user to execute and complete a scanning subtask
  • During subtasks executing, track scan results to find missing devices
  • Manage scan results within a particular task when subtasks are completed
  • The system will notify you when some inconsistencies in device parameters are found after completing scan subtasks
  • Create separate subtask for devices with inconsistent (conflicted) parameters to refine scan results
  • Execute the subtask directly in the webapp or using the assistant app
